摘要:This paper is devoted to the performed in the Institute of Chemistry of the ASM investigations in thefield of isolation and synthesis the biologically active terpenoids, using as raw material some waste of agricultural productionin Moldova. From waste of clary sage (Salvia sclarea L.) that remains after obtaining the essential oil, diterpeneglicol sclareol is isolated, which is further used in the synthesis of biologically active terpene compounds with thedrimanic, homodrimanic, isocopalic, cheilantanic and scalaranic structures. Ent-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid that is isolatedfrom the obtained as a result of processing the sunflower inflorescences (Helianthus annuus L.) waste was converted tothe biologically active polyfuncţional diterpenoids, with both ent-kaurenic and ent-atisanic structures. The remainingafter hydrodistillation of essential oil waste of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia L.) and derived from juice production applepomace are a rich source of biologically active triterpenic acids. Interest in the mentioned compounds comes fromtheir multiple biological activities: antitumor, hepatoprotective, antiinflammatory, antiulcer, antibacterial, antifungal,diuretics, which in combination with the low toxicity of these compounds confer them exceptional properties.
