摘要：In this paper the experimental results of selection of yeast strains from Saccharomyces, Rhodotorula,Candida, Hansenula, Sporobolomyces with high potential of polysaccharides biosynthesis and biotechnological interestare presented. Optimized culture mediums for biosynthetic processes stimulation are proposed, there are describednew opportunities of application of extremely high frequency millimetric waves in the technology of the yeast cultivationand directed synthesis of β-glucans and mannoproteins. The results of the investigations contributed to theelaboration of the technological flow with the increased yield of β-glucans and mannoproteins obtained from yeastswith polyvalent utilization.
