摘要：Management of congenital malformations treatment remains a surgical challenge.This scientific workevaluates a lot of 1420 newborns with congenital malformations treated in National Scientific and Practical Center ofPediatric Surgery,, Natalia Gheorghiu „IM and C in the period 2010 - 2013. The results show increased surgery. Lethalitywas 9.6%. Diagnosis of congenital malformations is now much easier. Congenital defects and complications, in particularinflammatory or occlusive disease have a medication or surgery treatment. The correlation of these two therapeuticmodalities with establish a best surgical time is essential, especially in multiple malformations, neonatal associated pathologywith prematurity, etc. Optimizing treatment reduces postoperative mortality, improve cost-effectiveness andquality indicator future adult life. Pre- and postoperative septic complications are the consequence of late diagnosedinfection in pregnant women, inappropriate timing of surgery, surgical technique and tactical errors, evolving biologicalfield malformation.
