摘要：Republic of Moldova, as well as other EU countries is experiencing a shortage of ICT skilled personnel.The article discusses a model for tackling this issue, by creating a network of e-skills centers outside Chisinau. These willprovide conditions for training of young graduates, to embrace ICT jobs and to be employed with proper wages.
