摘要：This study investigated organizational factors as predictors of Job Satisfaction among 742 staff employed by rural behavioral health agencies. Results indicated that the organizational factors of Support, Involvement and Innovation contributed significantly to 11 dimensions of job satisfaction among rural behavioral health professional and paraprofessional staff.
