摘要:Service work has undergone changes related to their manager ial practices, which bring new profes- sional and organizational realities to e mployees. The pur pose of this article is to explore the oppor tu- nities of a qualitative research strateg y combining both semi-structured inter views and participant observat ions to consider work organization and analyze t he existing modes of ser vice work of differ - ent ty pes of shops and restaurants within shopping centers. This analysis considers the existe nce of a complex service relation that incorporate s relational and mater ial dime nsions.
