摘要：Este trabajo revisa críticamente el concepto de Populismo con el fin de establecer su pertinencia a los fines de analizar movimientos sociopolíticos latinoamericanos actuales tales como el bolivarianismo venezolano o el “evismo” boliviano. Al respecto, se analizan las teorizaciones sobre Populismo formuladas por Gino Germani, Hugo Chumbita y Ernesto Laclau. En una segunda parte del trabajo, se explica nuestra opción por recuperar el concepto de Nacionalismo Popular. Una construcción típico-ideal de dicho concepto nos lleva a establecer tres variables a considerar a la hora de cotejarlo con movimientos tales como los mencionados: Su carácter ideológico antiimperialista y latinoamericanista, sus bases de sustentación social -representación de clases sociales y/u otros sectores no definibles como clases sociales- y su concepción sobre la democracia -existencia o no de una visión crítica respecto a la democracia representativa y al sistema de partidos; reivindicación de otras formas de democracia.
其他摘要：The following paper reviews the concept of Populism with the purpose of establishing its membership to the aims of the analysis of the Latin American social and political movements of nowadays such as The “Venezuelan Bolivarianismo” or the “Bolivian Evismo”. In this regard, it is being discussed the theorizing of the Populism made by Gino Germani, Hugo Chumbita and Ernesto Laclau. In the second part of the paper, our option is explained to recover the concept of the Popular Nationalism. An ideal and typical construction of the following concept bring us to establish three varieties to consider at the time of collating it with movements like the mentioned ones. Its anti-imperialist and Latin American Ideological position, its bases of social sustentation – the representation of social classes and/or others no definable sectors as a social classes and their conception about the democracy – the existence or not of a critical vision respect to the representative democracy and to the systems of political parties; claim of other forms of democracy.
