摘要：El artículo introduce elementos comunes y diferenciadores existentes entre Colombia y Venezuela con el objeto de contextualizar las actuales dinámicas que alimentan la relación binacional. Seguidamente aborda algunos de los fenómenos económicos que distorsionan la relación y que están siendo aprovechados por los nuevos actores ilegales en la zona fronteriza. Para posteriormente revisar cómo el narcotráfico y la ilegalidad han hecho mella en la seguridad e institucionalidad de los dos países. Y analiza sucintamente el fenómeno del flujo de venezolanos que están inmigrando a Colombia y sus posibles repercusiones. Todo ello con el fin de llamar la atención sobre las realidades y dinámicas actuales entre los dos países a ser consideras en el diseño y coordinación de la agenda bilateral.
其他摘要：The article introduces similar and non-similar elements that exist between Colombia and Venezuela with the objective of contextualizing the current dynamics that feed this relation. Afterwards, the article explains economic phenomenon that deform the relationship and that has been used by new illegal actors in the frontier region. Subsequently it examines how drug trafficking and illegality have had an impact on security and the institutionality of both countries. It analyses the migration flows from Venezuela to Colombia and its possible repercussions. All this, with the aim of calling the attention about the realities and actual dynamics between both countries that should be considered for the design and coordination of the bilateral agenda.
