摘要：Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar el origen y desarrollo del concepto de autonomía, que constituye una idea central del aporte latinoamericano en los debates en las Relaciones Internacionales. Se parte de una evaluación de lo que se describe como el saber autonomista del siglo XIX y las primeras décadas del siglo XX, destacándose que las ideas de Simón Bolívar, Francisco Bilbao o Juan Domingo Perón se pueden considerar antecedentes de la Escuela de la autonomía. posteriormente, se examina las contribuciones de Juan Carlos Puig y Helio Jaguaribe. A lo largo del trabajo, se asocia la autonomía con los debates y la práctica del regionalismo en América Latina.
其他摘要：The aim of this paper is to analyze the origin and development of the concept of autonomy, a central idea in the Latin American contribution to the debates in International Relations. The paper began with an evaluation of what is described as the autonomist knowledge developed in the XIX century and early decades of the XX century. It is argued that the thought of Simon Bolivar, Francisco Bilbao or Juan Domingo Perón could be considered as an antecedent of the School of Autonomy. Afterwards, the proposal of Juan Carlos Puig and Helio Jaguaribe are examined. Throughout the paper, autonomy is associated to debates and practices of regionalism in Latin America.
