摘要：In labour market statistics regular seasonal fluctuations are taken into consideration by seasonal adjustment methods. If however a winter is particularly hard or mild, effects beyond these regular fluctuations are to be expected. In this report we discover how especially temperature and snow depth during the winter months affect the labour market.
