摘要：The paper focuses on a Z-semantic based conceptual model of component, called Z- Formal Specification of Component Model (ZFSCM), to conceptualize the different facts of component model in Component Based Software Engineering (CBSE). This model defines a set of components and their contracts or relationships using Z- notation. It is accompanied with different type's services, classes, components and interfaces. This approach facilitates modeling of components using different schemas in software system. The ZFSCM has being checked validation using a type checker of Z notation (ZTC). The main focus of this paper is the formal specification of the components. The paper has also defined the relationships between the components and composition among them. Moreover, the paper also provides comparative study of several similar kinds of proposals for component models in Component Based Software Engineering (CBSE).
