摘要：Recent shifts in the water resource management paradigm and information and communication technologies (ICT) call for platform-based integrated operation management technology, which provides the multidimensional approach of two-way communication. To domestically prepare for such paradigm changes, research on the Smart Water Grid, which is intelligent water management that combines water resource management with ICT, remains ongoing. In this paper, we propose a framework for using the components of a variety of program modules to build an intelligent water- management-integrated operation system that is appropriate for the Smart Water Grid. In addition, we suggest a system development environment and integrated operation system implementation plan for using the Core-Platform framework
