摘要：When a MS or mobile node (MN) moves out from a base station (BS) to another base station then it needs to perform a handoff or handover. Here we will propose a method that minimizes the handoff failure probability by increasing the total number of channel with help cell splitting process. This is Mother and child cell concept.
