摘要：Soft set theory, proposed by Molodtsov, has been regarded as a generic mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainty. Recently, researches of decision making based on soft sets have got some progress, but few people consider both incomplete information and group decision making. This paper introduces the concept of Dempster-Shafer fuzzy soft sets combined Dempster-Shafer theory and fuzzy soft sets. We study the FUSE operation on both Dempster-Shafer fuzzy soft sets, and the relationship between incomplete fuzzy soft sets and D–S fuzzy soft sets. At last, we present a new method of evaluation based on Dempster-Shafer fuzzy soft sets and apply it into the information systems quality evaluating to illuminate the practicability and validity.
