摘要：The mutual information has been combined with medical image registration wildly, in order to improve the registration precision and speed of medical image, the application of ant algorithm on it is studied in depth. Firstly, the basic conception of mutual information is analyzed; secondly, the basic procedure of medical image registration is discussed; thirdly, the basic idea of ant algorithm is analyzed, and then the mutual information medical image registration based on FA is designed. Finally, simulation is carried out, and results show that this method can get better medical image registration effect.
