摘要：With the rapid development of medical informatization, the application of the Internet platform is popular in the health care industry. In this paper, we investigate the complementary rehabilitative effect of aerobics exercise of elderly chronic abacterial prostatitis (CAP), by using large-scale internet data. The objective grading scale (NIH- CPSI) of chronic prostatitis symptoms is adopted to grade the two groups of patients before treatment, 30d and 90d of treatment, and at the same time measure the maximum flow rate(MFR)as well as the THF-α and IL-1 levels in seminal plasma. Result shows that When treatment of 30d and 90d, the two groups NIH-CPSI grades, seminal plasma THF- . and IL-1 levels are significantly lower than those before treatment, the observation group is significantly lower than the control group in the corresponding period, and the difference is with statistical significance(P<0.01);When treatment of 30d and 90d, the two groups' MFR are significantly higher than those before treatment, the observation group is significantly higher than the control group in the corresponding period, and the differences is statistically significant(P<0.01). So that, taking aerobic exercise in addition to the conventional therapy can improve the curative effect and promote rehabilitation for the elderly CAP patients significantly.
