摘要：Based on the basic theory, instrumental effect, main methods and knowledge database on TRIZ, this paper explores the application principles, effectiveness and innovative design along with the experimental methods of TRIZ in field of family exercise equipment. And through the innovative design example of leg stretching equipment, the experimental methods are verified for its effectiveness, which provides an important reference for the application of TRIZ in exercise equipment field
