摘要：In this paper, a novel silicon micro-machined gyroscope is introduced, which is driven by the rotating carrier's angular velocity. The principle of structure is analyzed .The mathematic module is also established and the dynamics parameters of the gyroscope is calculated, Design and analysis of signal processing circuit, design and processing of the gyroscope sensing head, at last, the gyroscope is tested, the test results and the theoretical analysis is consistent
