摘要：Taking into consideration the various normative acts that settle the pre-emption right, we are going to present in the following the common and mandatory elements of this right, no matter the normative act in which it is settled. We also want to emphasize the main differences between the pre- emption right and the call option, since there are still authors who appreciate that the pre-emption right can be generated by call option.
