摘要:This paper uses a dynamic model of criminality in the context of the Broken Windows Theory to determine anoptimal rule of maintaining public order. We show that small disorders lead to large ones, and even to crime. Moreover, the optimal criminality rule indicate that the index of criminality improve as much as the smalldisorders improve as well and it reduces as much as the prevention actions to avoid the small disorders areimplemented
