摘要:Kajian ini bertujuan mengenal pasti hubungan antara kemahiran interpersonal guru dengan pencapaian akademik pelajar pintar cerdas. Kajian berbentuk kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kaedah tinjauan bagi mengutip data. Kajian melibatkan empat buah Maktab Rendah Sains Mara (MRSM) di negeri Pahang dengan responden seramai 226 orang pelajar tingkatan lima. Terdapat lapan jenis kemahiran interpersonal guru yang dicadangkan oleh teori kajian. Analisis deskriptif min menunjukkan tahap kemahiran interpersonal guru-guru adalah sederhana. Ujian Kolerasi pula menunjukkan tiada hubungan yang signifikan antara kemahiran interpersonal guru dengan pencapaian akademik pelajar. Namun begitu analisis ANOVA menunjukkan wujud perbezaan yang signifikan bagi kemahiran interpersonal guru antara empat buah MRSM terlibat. Kajian mencadangkan supaya guru-guru berusaha meningkatkan aplikasi kemahiran interpersonal kerana ia mampu meningkatkan keberkesanan pembelajaran dan pengajaran. Dalam konteks pelajar pintar cerdas, pelaksanaannya perlu mengambil kira gaya pembelajaran dan sumber motivasi instrinsik kumpulan pelajar ini
其他摘要:This study examined the relationship between teachers’ interpersonal skill and academic achievement of gifted students. A quantitative study using a survey method to collect data. The study involved four Mara Science Junior Colleges (MSJC) in the state of Pahang with 226 students involved as respondents. There are eight types of interpersonal skills teacher suggested by the particular model. Descriptive analysis (mean) indicated that the interpersonal skill of teachers was moderate. The correlation test showed that there was no significant relationship between teachers’ interpersonal skill with student academic achievement. However, ANOVA analysis showed that there were significant differences for teachers’ interpersonal skill between MSJCs involved.The study suggested that teachers should apply the interpersonal skills for an improvement of their teaching and learning activities. In gifted student context, the application should take into account of their learning style and source of intrinsics motivation.
