摘要:The study aims to examine the application of business marketing management in the Organization for Research, Development and Technology Innovation and proposes a framework that embeds the processes of creating value and delivering value. The framework is composed of six key issue, supported the principles of value, international business development and strong working relationships and business networks. After the development of the framework, the analysis of the application of the tool was conducted at the National Helicopter Technology Center that will be installed in Brazil and the center is in the initial design phase of the project. The study findings indicate that the framework can contribute: (i) to increase the power of comprehension and understanding of business marketing management in Organization for Research, Development and Technology Innovation; (ii) to reveal the main processes of creating value and delivering value superior value to potential customers of the National Helicopter TechnologyCenter; (iii) to guide the stages of design, implementation and operation of National Helicopter Technology Center, considering the processes of business marketing.
