摘要：The logistics deals with the transportation and storage activities that facilitate the flow of products from the point of acquisition of raw materials to the point of final consumption. This paper makes the diagnosis of vehicle management in a retail company, verifying the advantages and disadvantages of each fleet. The retail organization is structured to own and outsourced fleet and the fleet has had only itself and found that the costs in maintaining its own fleet are high due to labor liabilities. With outsourced fleet retail organization obtains satisfactory results in service levels compared to the client without labor costs and mostly without the costs of investments in own vehicles.
