摘要：An ad hoc network is an assortment of wirelessmobile nodes dynamically forming a transitorynetwork lacking the use of any presented networkcommunications or centralized management. Anumber of routing protocols like Dynamic SourceRouting (DSR), Ad Hoc on-Demand DistanceVector Routing (AODV) and Temporally OrderedRouting Algorithm (TORA) have been projected.In this work an attempt has been ended toevaluate the performance of two outstanding ondemand reactive routing protocols for mobile adhoc networks: DSR and AODV.The performance differentials are analyzed usingvarying time, packet delivery ratio, throughputand end-to-end delay. These simulations arecarried out using the ns-2 network simulator,which is used to run ad hoc simulations
