摘要：Analyzed the current situation of textile dyeing production line control system, proposed a plan of controlling system using CAN bus technology. Designed CAN-based control module and the program module features of acquisition and filtering, control strategy and CAN communications are discussed. In addition to that analysis of temperature characteristics, thickness of the material and yarn status of dyeing and finishing equipment is given. Experiments shown that, the system can operate in stable mode with high controlling precision, powerful anti-interference ability to meet large-scale textile dyeing and finishing production line Control.
