摘要:Internet evolves over time and its large scale topology contributes to make challenging the dynamics measurement and characterization. A restrictive approach that consists to focusing on the dynamics observed by a single monitor has shown a fast dynamics of Internet topology. The topology evolves at a pace much higher than expected. We observe new IP addresses continuously and already seen IP addresses disappear with the same pace, over a long period (ten months) of measurement. This phenomenon is not localized but concerns the whole Internet topology. We show that the routing is at the origin of the fast dynamics and not a topology change
