摘要：The main aim of this project is to monitor thefaults in a motor by wireless communication. Inour proposal a solution to both electrical andmechanical based faults in an industrial machineis obtained based on WSN. The industrialmachine model and its various types of faults areanalyzed using a ARM9 LPC2929 processor.Although tremendous progress made in the pastyears still lot of problems needs to be resolved andthe existing system based on the WSNs are shortdistance communication and need humaninteraction. The proposed system has capability toresolve all the issues which happen in the existingmethods and proposed method offers longdistance communication, safe operation,maintenance of time and increased operationreliability.
