摘要：Due to high morbidity and mortality rates and the potential of causing physical, emotional and psychological damage Gun Shot Wounds (GSW) are considered as a very serious problem A 21 years old male GSW patient with brain injury and tetraplegia is the subject of nursing interventions related to feeding condition and Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) related complications in our case study. Patient and caregiver education are also stated.
