摘要：En este artículo se analizan las políticas llevadas a cabo por el tardofranquismo y durante los dos primeros años de la España democrática. Se estudian los procedimientos administrativos y las fórmulas asistenciales llevadas a cabo desde, especialmente, el Instituto Español de Emigración, pero también desde el Ministerio del Trabajo, con el fin de organizar y atender la diáspora de españoles tanto en Europa como en América. Todo ello con el fin de obtener importantes remesas de capitales para la economía nacional.
其他摘要：In this research there is an analyses on the policies performed in the latest Franco period and the first two years of the democratic Spain. There is a study on the administrative procedures and the assistance formulas carried by, especially, the Spanish Institute of Emigration and as well as the Ministry of Labour with the aim of organising and assisting the Spanish Diaspora both in Europe as well as in America. All of this with the finality of obtaining remittances of money for the national economy.
