摘要：En los últimos años se ha visto cómo las organizaciones van concibiendo en su actuar la ayuda, educación y cambio en las personas con las que interactúa para que mejoren conjuntamente y tengan más oportunidades de beneficiarse juntas. El objetivo es mostrar los resultados de la aplicación de la estrategia de Responsabilidad Social (RS) de Bayer CropScience en la comunidad Mamonal a partir de las condiciones higiénicos-sanitarias que existían. La estrategia RS implementada permitió un crecimiento económico, social y medioambiental a través del seguimiento sostenido a los diferentes grupos de interés identificados. Se dota a los productores de los medios de protección y medición para un manejo seguro de los plaguicidas con vistas a la protección de: los cultivos y el medio ambiente de la comunidad agregando valor a la producción del cultivo de tomate.
其他摘要：In the last years, it has been seen how organizations keep on conceiving in its performing on help, education, change in the people who interacts in order that they get better jointly, and have more opportunities to benefit together. The objective is showing the results of Social Responsibility (SR) strategy applied for Bayer CropScience in Mamonal community to depart from the hygienic physicians’ conditions that existed. SR strategy application allowed an economic, social and environmental growth through the sustained follow-up to the different stakeholders identified. Furthermore to the endowment to protective media's producers and measurement for a safe handling of the pesticides with a view toward the protection of the cultivations and the environment in the community through benefit in the production of the tomatoes cultivation.
