  • 摘要:Raman Spectroscopy is a technique for obtaining the chemical information from the spectral analysisof a chemical. By analyzing the spectra, it is observed that there is background interference which occurs mainly byfluorescence and noise. Fluorescence reduction is of main concern in extracting the true spectra of a chemical. Inthis paper, we discuss about fluorescence present in the spectra obtained after performing Raman spectroscopy,various previous methods used for fluorescence subtraction and that not only corrects the baseline but smoothens thecorrected output resulting in extraction of a true baseline spectrum. In this paper we develop a Lab VIEW based VIfor baseline correction and display result in a user friendly GUI
