摘要：The Sea is having a lot of clutter scatters, radar echoes those are superimposed and it is exposure toelectromagnetic signals generated by the sea, and it is affected by the wind, ocean currents, waves and other exhibits ofnon-uniform and non- stationary parameters, this will create an impact on radar target detection capability. This paperdeals with the matter of survey about various papers talks on the subject of the distribution of sea clutter characteristicsof the radar platform and target echo of the sea on three factors which affect the target detection capability under thesea clutter to sort out the analysis.
