摘要：Mobile Ad Hoc Networks comprises of wireless mobile nodes that synchronize with each other to createa provisional network devoid of its pre-existing infrastructure. It is a self-governing system which consists of wirelessmobile hosts devoid of any fixed infrastructure of network and integrated access point for instance a base station. Dueto absence of a well-defined central authority, Mobile Ad Hoc Networks are quite defenseless to various attacks on itssecurity and therefore security is vital requirement in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks on the contrary to the wired network.AODV is widespread and most-used Ad-hoc distance vector routing reactive protocol that is utilized to discovershortest and exact route to the destination. In this paper, we have make an effort to exemplify an outline of AODVrouting protocol, the probable security attacks which might occur on Mobile Ad Hoc Networks. Here, our main focus ison black hole attack in AODV using Mobile Ad Hoc Networks
