摘要：We study and evaluate the main attribute and concerns in placing current commodity operating systemsUNIX in a cloud computing background. We suggest the security weaknesses and open challenges of UNIX operatingsystems when deployed in the cloud environment. In distinct, we examine and estimate a variety of operating systemprotection features which are significant in providing a protected cloud. These security features contain verification,permission and access control, physical memory security, privacy and encryption of stored data, network access andfirewalling capabilities, and virtual memory
