摘要:W ithin each of the four countries of the United Kingdom (UK) there exist different strategic approaches to the issue of alcohol and drugs. England (DH, 2007; H.M. Government, 2010) and Scotland (The Scottish Government, 2009) operate discrete alcohol and drug strategies, while Wales (The Welsh Assembly Government, 2008) and Northern Ireland (NI) (DHSSPSNI, 2006) strategically address "substances" collectively.
