摘要：Дана оценка промышленности и промышленной политики Астраханской области. Приво- дится сравнительная характеристика существующих стратегий социально-экономического развития региона. С помощью SWOT-анализа выявлены сильные и слабые стороны промыш- ленной политики области. Определены приоритетные отрасли промышленности (топливно- энергетический комплекс, судостроительная отрасль, производство и распределение электро- энергии, газа и воды), дана их характеристика. Разработан прогноз развития выделенных при- оритетных отраслей промышленности Астраханской области с помощью современного инст- румента прогнозирования – линейки развития
其他摘要：The assessment of the industry and industrial policy of the Astrakhan area is given. The comparative analysis of existing strategies for socio-economic development o f the region is carried out. By means of SWOT-analysis the strengths and weaknesses of industrial policy are revealed. The prior branches of industry (fuel and power complex, shipbuilding industry, production and distribution of electricity, gas and water) are determined ; their characteristics are given. The perspectives of development of the chosen prior industries of the Astrakhan region are developed with the help of modern tools of forecasting – line development.
