摘要：The main aim of the work is the treatment that is to be given to enhance the surface properties of the fibers in view of obtaining better interfacial reaction between the matrix and the fiber of the composite, which in turn enhances the mechanical properties of the laminate on the whole. The work also focuses on the effect of alkaline solution treatment on the fibers. Numbers of laminates are prepared with different soaking time to be able to subject them to various test methods.
