摘要：This pap er fo cuses on the ana lysis of hydro dynamic loa ds o n fi xed o ffshore structures (horizo ntal cyli nder) that are op erati ng i n shallow wa ter and are often sub ject ed to huge wa ve loading. For the p urpo se o f this study, li near (Airy) wave theory was adopted together with the applicati on of (21 ) in t he loa d co mputatio n. The l oads for six d ifferent sea states were co mputed using spread sheet for the following values of time t = 0 , T/4 , T/ 2.
