摘要：The AIMS study to diagnose, present and discuss the management and the climate in view of employees of the restaurants associated with ACIPA - Association of Paracatu dealers. For date Collected Questionnaires Were applied with closed questions Which can be applied in other establishments with the same characteristics and problems.
