标题:SOME RELATION BETWEEN TESTS FOR ASSESSMENT MOTOR COORDINATION AND EXPLOSIVES POWER MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE OF SUCCSESSFUL GYMNASTIC ELEMENT FRONT HANDSPRING OF THE VAULT

摘要:For the purpuse of this study a research procedure was conducted on a sample of 68 respondents, male students from the first year at the Faculty of Physical Education in Skopje. The selected sample of respondents had implemented a total of 20 manifest motor variables twelve of which (12) assess the coordination and eight (8) motor tests assess the explosive power. Assessing the technical performance of gymnastic element front handspring of the vault is performed by 4 well-qualified judges who know the subject of assessment. In regressive analysis as predictors are used tests for coordination and explosive power, and as criterion is taken gymnastic element front handspring of the vault. Predictors showed statistically significant impact on the criterion.

Skiping and jumping over (MKBPIP); ; 8.Climbing and getting down a desk and jumping ; chair l (MKBKSKR) 9.Making an eight with tilt- ; ing (MKBOSN). ; Reorganization of dynamic stereotype: 10. ; Long-jump backwards (MKBKSKR); 11.Polygon ; backwards (MRPONA) ;12.Climbing and getting ; down the stairs backwards (MRKSSN). ; For assessment of explosive power the follow- ; ing tests were conducted: ; Type of jumps 1.Jump from one place to some ; distance (MESSDM); 2.Jumps up-down-away ; (MESGDD); 3.Running 20m. from high start (ME- ; S20M). ; Type of throwing :1.Throwing a medicine ball ; by lying on the back forward with hands ; (MESFMNR); 2. Throwing a medicine ball from ; the lying back to backward with legs ; (MESFMNN) 3.
