摘要:Fayol’s principles of management imply loose universal truths of management. In his research, he has managed to formulate 14 principles of management, which are completely in harmony with the postulates of modern management theory. The significance of these principles caused enthusiasm among many scholars but also provoked their ideological opponents. His rules have showed perspicacity in practice with achievement of better work results and more human relations among workers.
