摘要：Sport is a reflection of one society, with all form and all his contradictions it posed. Sport is a subsystem, a special area in every segment of society, which means that it belongs to the global order and the wider social whole. The issues of cultural conflict and interethnic tolerance slowly but surely moved to the center of political and public debate in multiethnic European countries. During a study the relationships and events in sports and sports organizations, the study takes an important place because the ethical groups overall human activity, in any form, takes place through groups or between groups.
