The paper deals with the results of research focused on the species structure of harvestman, centipede and millipede fauna in the Boky National Nature Reserve (Central Slovakia). The organisms were captured by individual collection from soil during 4 one-day excursions from 2005 to 2011. In total, 8 species of harvestmen, 12 species of centipedes and 10 species of millipedes were recorded in the researched area. Records of harvestmen Nelima semproni Szalay, 1951, centipedes Lithobius lapidicola Meinert, 1872, Lithobius pelidnus Haase, 1880, Lithobius salicis Verhoeff, 1925 and millipedes Trachysphaera gibbula (Latzel, 1884) are the most important. These species belong to the rare species in Slovakia.
