其他摘要：Parentocirrus hortualis Voss, 1997 (Ciliophora: Stichotrichia) was found for the first time in the territory of Slovakia in a moss sample taken at the locality of Tisovec – Rimava. The species was cultivated using the non-flooded Petri dish method. Some cultures were grown also on the salad medium. Its morphology and morphometry were studied with standard methods. The obtained results were compared with the original and subsequent descriptions of this species. All important characteristics match and hence their conspecificity is beyond any doubts.
