其他摘要:Water organisms are very sensitive to changes in water ecosystems resulting in drying off the landscape. These conditions are supported by fragmentation of land with corridors creating barriers for organisms. Typical example could be a mass decline of amphibian on roads during spring migration. In the area of Malé Karpaty Mts (Kučišdorf Valley) the main goals of the research were the evaluation of the barrier impact to the spring migration of common toad (Bufo bufo) species, to compare of spring and return migrations and mortality of common toad individuals. The research was held in spring 2014 and conclusions were comparing to conclusions in the years 2011–2013 realized by State Organization of the Nature Conservation. In the research area the most frequent amphibian species was common toad (Bufo bufo). The main barrier for the amphibian migration was the road through the valley. In the research area in the 2014 year through the spring migration were determined 62 individuals, from that 38 individuals of male a 12 pairs and were detected 100 perished Bufo bufo individuals. In the return migration were perished 39 individuals of Bufo bufo, 74 % individuals of male and 26 % individuals of Bufo bufo female.
