摘要：This article examines how the concept of ‘culture’ is being used in immigration policies of the post-Soviet regimes, and the role it plays in ideological debates within contemporary post-Soviet societies. The author argues that the various interpretations of culture represent power dispositions within society. Additionally, the author establishes a basis for understanding the aims and limits of ‘social integration’.
