摘要：There is a paucity of books on ethnic policy and its political intersection on European continent. The current book fills this lacuna in the professional literature by focusing on understanding the role of ethnic minorities and its importance in the state building´s process of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania after collapse of the USSR.
