摘要:Keeping loyal customers and ensuring repeat visits has become a major issue in the travel industry over the last three decades. As the tourism market today presents a dynamic and extremely competitive environment, policies to lure in new visitors are barely efficient in supporting the development of tourism activities. In today's largely digitalized economy, travel agencies are expected to keep their strategic market share in the global tourism distribution system by establishing loyal, long-term relationships with their clients in order to increase their revenue and stay in business.
