摘要：Under conditions of dynamism and uncertainty of the environment, a prerequisite for competitive advantage and sustainable development is a specific type of behaviour of the organization called "entrepreneurial activity". In that sense the concepts of intrapreneurship and entrepreneurial approach to management acquire special topicality. In the article we address the ambiguously understood and studied from various standpoints theoretical as well as practical and applied issue of the entrepreneurial activity of the organization. The main objectives of the study are focused in two directions: 1 – presenting different theoretical aspects of the study of entrepreneurial activity; 2 – empirical study of the hidden factors, which determine the entrepreneurial activity of the organization.
