摘要：Bu araştırmanın amacı, toplumsal ve kültürel değişim sürecinde olan Türkiye’deki, bilgi toplumu ve moderneğitim hakkında daha önce yapılan çalışmaları inceleyerek analizlerini yapmak ve modern eğitimingerçekleştiremediği bazı eğitimsel konuları sentezleyerek temel yargılara varmaya çalışmaktır. Bu amaçdoğrultusunda araştırmada, bilgi toplumu ve modern eğitimin gerçekleştiremediği bazı temel konularadeğinilmiştir. Nitel bir yaklaşımla yapılan araştırmada, öğrenci merkezli bir öğretim anlayışına geçilenTürkiye’de, eğitim-öğretimde fırsat eşitliği gibi hala düzeltilemeyen bazı eksiklikler vurgulanmak istenmiş veeğitimdeki bu temel eksikliklerin farkına vardırılarak, tüm dikkatler bu eksikliklerin üzerine çekilmeyeçalışılmıştır
其他摘要：The purpose of this study is to go through and analyse the studies made before about information society andmodem education in Turkey in the process of social and cultural change and to try to come to main conclusionby synthesising some issues that have failed to be performed by modem education. In line with this purpose, inthis research, some basic issues that have failed to be performed by information society modem education arementioned. In this survey which is performed with a qualitative approach, some deficiencies in training andeducation which stil could not have been improved in Turkey which awitched to a student-centered conceptionof teaching are tried to be underlined and by highlighting these basic deficiencies in education, it is tried towithdraw all the attention on these shotcomings
